I get my inspiration from pictures I made during my travels and from newspapers, magazines or from certain scenes in movies. Sometimes I don’t even remember where the idea came from because it has been in my mind for a long time before I decide to visualize it. I work with pictures and art models. Sometimes I use an existing setting and choose a theme to go with it, and sometimes I start with an animal and start working from there. I use these elements to tell my visual story.
My compositions often have a female figure in it, in combination with an animal and/or in a bizarre and desolated surroundings. This can give people their own intensions. I’m always searching for the contrasts between feminine and masculine, animals and architecture, roughness and beauty, shape and colour.
I hope that everyone can enjoy the beauty of it.
Making beautiful images is what I want!
